FRIDAY, AUGUST 22
7:00 PM | The spurWe’ll be at The Back Bar for an informal get-together. If you’re in town early, we’d love to see you! This is an optional gathering to spend as much time as possible with our guests.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 23
7:00–8:45 PM | twisted fernWELCOME DRINKS
Join us the night before for an evening of drinks and good company to kick off the weekend! Drinks will be available for purchase, so come ready to sip and mingle—we can’t wait to see you there!
SUNDAY, AUGUST 24
4:00–4:15 PMPICK-UP IN PARK CITY
Transportation will pick guests up at Hotel Park City. If you’re staying elsewhere, please plan to meet here to catch the shuttle.
5:00–6:30 PMCEREMONY & COCKTAIL HOUR
We’ll exchange vows at The Yurt, overlooking the mountains, followed by cocktails and canapés.
6:30–11:00 PMRECEPTION
Dinner will be served al fresco at WildKitchen, followed by an evening of dancing under the stars.
11:00 PMDEPARTURE
Shuttles will depart and drop guests back at Hotel Park City.
MONDAY, AUGUST 25
11:30 AM – 1:30 PM | HarvestFAREWELL BRUNCH
Join us for an optional, casual farewell brunch to wrap up the weekend and say goodbye before everyone heads home. The cost is $30 per person and includes drinks, food, and pastries. The brunch will take place at Granny’s Attic, located above the main restaurant. If you plan to attend, feel free to drop by anytime within the two-hour window.
