FRIDAY, AUGUST 22

We’ll be at The Back Bar for an informal get-together. If you’re in town early, we’d love to see you! This is an optional gathering to spend as much time as possible with our guests.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 23

WELCOME DRINKS

Join us the night before for an evening of drinks and good company to kick off the weekend! Drinks will be available for purchase, so come ready to sip and mingle, we can’t wait to see you there! Parking is available.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 24

PICK-UP IN PARK CITY

Shuttles will depart from Hotel Park City promptly at 4:00 pm. If you’re staying elsewhere, please plan to arrive by 3:45 pm for provided transportation to the venue.

Please note there are no restrooms at The Yurt, please plan accordingly before departure.

5:00–6:30 PM

CEREMONY & COCKTAIL HOUR

We’ll exchange vows at The Yurt, overlooking the mountains, followed by cocktails and canapés.

6:30–11:00 PM

RECEPTION

Dinner will be served al fresco at WildKitchen, followed by an evening of dancing under the stars.

11:00 PM

DEPARTURE

Shuttles will depart the venue and return all guests to Hotel Park City.

MONDAY, AUGUST 25

11:30 AM – 1:30 PM | Harvest

FAREWELL BRUNCH

Join us for an optional, casual farewell brunch to wrap up the weekend and say goodbye before everyone heads home. The cost is $30 per person and includes drinks, food, and pastries. The brunch will take place at Granny’s Attic, a private room located above the cafe.  

If you plan to attend, feel free to come and go anytime within the two-hour window.
